Here is my platform:

Energy independence, I will utilize America's own natural resources, encourage exploration, drilling, mining and farming for natural resources, oil, coal, ethanol, wind, water and other viable and feasible sources of energy natural to the USA. (cheap and cost effective)

Restoration of capitalism, business freedom and free enterprise:

Restoration of the legal protection of the individual's property rights, the legal protection of the value of our homes, and the legal protection for the invested capital, investors and capitalist corporations.

Maintain a Strong and superior military and national defense with strategic missile defense system.

Encourage research, development and innovation.

Re activate the space shuttle program but will only discontinue it, if and when a new spaceship is built and operational.

Right to life, the protection of the unborn,  life begins at conception.

(5)

Strong border defense with armed patrol  Solve the illegal immigration problem: 

No cuts to national defense, medicare medicaid and social security  and no new taxes.

Resolve the quagmire presented by the 12 -20 millions illegal aliens already in the country.

Details to be disclosed later in 2013 as follows:

Pass a federal law which makes it ineligible and unlawful for anyone  convicted of a felony to vote in our elections both federal and state elections. And such ineligibility to vote, can not be reversed with a pardon or an amnesty.

Properly secure the border with a high wall, loops of barbed wires. Post  armed patrol on the border to protect the country against all invaders.

Convict all the illegal aliens as felons for entering our country illegally or over staying their visas, making them ineligible to vote even with a pardon or an amnesty.  A pardon or an amnesty will only spare them from deportation, but they will still be ineligible to vote.

Investigate what caused the economic crisis and punish those responsible.

Defend America against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Root out all American enemies within our borders: Those who plot to dismantle the capitalist system; the anti capitalists, Marxists socialists, and those united in hate against America. The jihadists, Islamists sharia proponents and Moslem sympathizers will not be allowed to impose their life style and values on the majority or subvert our constitution.

Subversion of our capitalist system economy is a treasonous offense:

Repeal all Obama legislative reforms and changes at the regulatory agencies:

Repeal the health care bill, Repeal the Dodd financial reform bill.

Any legislation, any changes at the regulatory agencies any business deal, any treaty with Obama's signature must be repealed, rolled back, erased and invalidated. ( This will include the growth of welfare, growth of government, EPA, IRS etcetera etcetera. If it happened under Obama it will be repealed).

Balanced budget amendment without raising taxes.

Constitutional Amendment to force Congress to balance the budget without raising taxes.

Do not support Paul Ryan deficit reduction plan.  And do not support Obama's deficit reduction plan either.  

Both their plans will not solve the economic crisis.

But, my plan does.

My deficit reduction plan and austerity measures will not only solve the economic crisis, but it will also return some control of the purse directly to the tax payers, and end the out of control spending by  putting  the out of control congress in check.

There will be:

No cuts to medicare, medicaid, social security and national defense.

No earmarks.

Bush Tax cuts to be made permanent.

And no taxes for repatriated profits from foreign investments that would be reinvested in America.

My deficit reduction plan and austerity measures is as follows:

Dial back government spending, budget  and regulations to whatever they were in 2006. 

We are all one people, we are all Americans. The seniors, the unions, teachers, police, military, fireman, the corporations,  the self employed, and private sector are all of us and our neighbors. We believe in fairness,  transparency, equal opportunity, liberty and justice for all.

Seniors, unions, and the American public, or their borrowing habits, or corporations taking investment risks did not cause this economic crisis. Therefore, they should not be penalized to bear the brunt of the government's austerity measures that deals only with the symptoms of the crisis without fixing the real cause of the crisis.

But all excesses, waste and corruption in the government must be eliminated.

Key to reducing the deficit is this:

Fix the economic crisis, restore the structural underpinnings of capitalism; the safeguard regulations which were removed by lobbyists for the hedge fund short sellers on wall street, members of Managed Funds Association, they were Barack Obama supporters :

Dial back all regulations at the different agencies to what they were in 2006

The restoration of capitalism will heal the private sector, and supply the fuel that will keep  the  gravy train running to  feed the entitlement programs like medicare for seniors, the retirement benefits for the government / public unions and it will pay down  the massive deficit with economic growth and expansion. A growing economy will fix the deficit.

Capitalism must be restored. We are a capitalist nation. As Americans, Capitalism and freedom is what unites us, socialism is what divides us and must be rejected.

 We need to get back to how everything was in 2006 before Christopher Cox started fixing things that were not broken at the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Proponents of deregulation should have the common to differentiate between good necessary regulations required to protect property ownership, the value of our homes and invested capital from bad unnecessary regulations which hamper free market capitalism and business freedom.

We will work to fix the economic crisis, so that the real economy, the private sector economy will start growing again and the deficit will start disappearing, and with a balanced budget amendment without any tax increase, and the implementation of the austerity measures I talked about, the deficit will disappear, without any cut to social security, medicare, medicaid or national defense except rolling everything back to 2008, then 2006 level.  

We will propose a plan to root out waste and corruption in government as follows:

To end government waste, abuse, corruption and out of control spending : 

Require matching contributions by government / public  unions to both political parties, after all,   their services are rendered to all Americans, republicans , democrats and independents alike. 

Honor collective bargaining and existing retirement benefits contract and compensation scale with the government / public unions, but all the unfunded mandate will be adjusted to be in alignment and comparative with the private sector.

Require future contract negotiations between the elected government officials and government / public unions (employees) to be made public requiring tax payers vote for approval every two years.

Require matching political contributions by any firm or corporation receiving government subsidies to both parties.

Subject government subsidies to tax payers vote and approval every two years.

Subsidies that are  considered to be of extreme national importance and urgent should be brought to the floor and openly debated by congress for approval. otherwise it will be subjected  to tax payers vote and approval.

Pay raise adjustment based on clearly evident rise in cost of living and inflation can be made by congress after an open floor debate as far as government / public employees are concerned.

Amend government / public union  salaries and benefits to match what's obtainable in the private sector.

Establish a government waste detection agency or a department that will study and examine all government programs and appropriation for duplication, waste and excessive billing and abuse, including funding of useless projects. Before the check goes out, this department will certify that there is no duplication, no waste, no excessive billing and no abuse and definitely no useless projects.

Washington DC does not have a revenue problem, they have a spending problem deeply rooted in corruption, waste and abuse. 

No new taxes for 20 year before any review of this policy.

Any new  tax  proposal deemed extremely important in the interim must be subjected to tax payers' vote and approval every two years.

The money earned or inherited by the individual belongs to the individual and not to the government.

Reduce the size of government and deficit to 2008 levels in the 2nd year of the Diamond Presidency, then to 2006 levels before the 4th year. 

If reelected for a 2nd term will reduce the size of government to 2001 levels before the 911 attack. 

(Provided we are not in any wars, including war on terror).

This country is under attack.

The idea of America, freedom and capitalism is under attack. Barack Obama is not the future of America. 

We will secure the future for the next generation and for the Republic. 

Barack Obama has purposely hamstrung U.S. economic recovery and growth.

He has pursued policies, and continue to pursue policies to hasten  the decline of America capitalism, collapse the capitalist system to allow the installation and rise of socialism.

This country is not going to follow Obama down the socialist hatch to hell, All the enemies of America within our borders, the anti capitalists, the Marxist socialists, those who have taken a sledge hammer to the foundation of this country, George Soros, Barack Obama and minions, you have been served.

We will work to defeat you and your destructive agenda.

Foreign policy:

My foreign policy position will be the exact opposite of  the Obama's foreign policy.

Barack Obama has embraced our enemies and shunned our allies. He has pursued policies that will strengthen our enemies and weaken our allies. He has acted in ways that would make someone wonder whether he is an idiot or an enemy agent?

Either way he is not fit to be President. Misguided Americans have inadvertently elected a dummy or an enemy agent as there President. Take your pick.

His actions does not match his words. His supporters are always trying to explain what he meant when he said what he said, what he meant. This guy is a looser.

Our foreign policy advocacy will be predicated upon what is in the best interest of America economically, militarily, and politically.

George Bush kept this country save since 911.

I will continue to support the Bush policies with some calibrations where its needed.

I will support Israel

I will allow Israel to deal with her enemies as she see fit.

No nuclear weapons for Iran.

The Diamond administration will support the use of force to disarm Iran if Iran refuses to disarm peacefully.

MIDDLE EAST ALLIES / WAR ON TERROR:

I will have all American middle eastern allies sign a religious tolerance pact to protect freedom of worship.

I will work to

End the slaughter of innocent Christians / minorities around the world by Moslems / majorities in their respective countries; end the pogrom and genocide.

America is a nation unlike any other nation; exceptional in its role around the world.

Yes to  American imperialism and its predominant influence around the world; dominant in every aspect and facet of any competitive agenda, goal or endeavor.

Yes to capitalism, opportunity, liberty, and justice for all.

Yes to the America that  when the oppressed in a third world country sees the American flag, they see hope, help and liberation.

Yes to  the American dream and the land of opportunity.

Yes to freedom,  prosperity and pursuit of happiness.

Yes to restoration of free market capitalism.

I want my country back.

The following is a summary, bullet points of specifics; guidelines of how I will fix the economic crisis:

THE 7-POINT ACTION PLAN SOLUTION FOR ECONOMIC RECOVERY:

(1) Reinstate the uptick rule .

(2) Abolish mark-to-market accounting and replace it with historic cost accounting.

You will be proud of this country again

(3) Dismantle and discontinue trading on all the short ETFs, also called leveraged inverse ETFs.

(4) Reinstate the circuit breakers and trading curb.

(5) Regulate the Hedge Funds just like you do mutual funds and pension funds.

(6) Regulate speculation on crude oil futures by banning margin and leveraging except for the airline industry or any other end user that can actually take delivery of the commodity.

(7) Reduce interest rate for residential home mortgages to 3.5% for every American. Including the so called rich people with jumbo loans, they are Americans too. Implement a housing market stabilization program with a Five year home loan payment forbearance in exchange for (plus) 5 year mortgage life extension retroactive. ( From November 5th 2008, or January 1st 2009) with the initial teaser rate converted to a fully amortized rate over 35 - 40 yrs. with no loss of invested capital to the lenders.
